With our close proximity to Cissbury and Chanctonbury Rings and the South Downs Way, we make an ideal place for refreshments before or after your walk or cycle ride. Why not make a weekend of it and stay with us for bed and breakfast?
Live music, theme and quiz nights are regular features in our air conditioned bar. We are fully licensed to serve beers, wines and spirits and are open to non residents. CAMRA members will be delighted to find our fine selection of real ales.





John Henry's was, up until very recent years the working Village Forge, used by generations of local blacksmiths to make shoes for the many racehorses that were trained in the village.
